Trans Exim Commercial Brokers

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 25, 2026

This is a starting draft prepared for Trans Exim Commercial Brokers L.L.C. and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel. It should be reviewed and adapted to your specific commercial terms and applicable law before being relied upon as your final terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Trans Exim client portal, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Our Role

Trans Exim Commercial Brokers L.L.C. acts as a commercial intermediary and does not represent itself as principal buyer, principal seller, bank, payment institution, insurer, freight forwarder, customs broker, or regulated financial adviser unless expressly stated in writing and legally permitted. We facilitate introductions and secure transactions between independent buyers and sellers; we are not a party to the underlying commercial contract between them.

3. Eligibility & Verification

Access to trading features requires completing identity verification (KYC) and, for company accounts, business verification (KYB). We reserve the right to suspend or decline accounts that do not pass verification or that we reasonably believe pose a compliance risk.

4. Confidentiality & Non-Circumvention

Where a Non-Disclosure or Non-Circumvention Agreement (NDA/NCNDA) has been signed, you agree not to disclose confidential deal information to third parties and not to bypass Trans Exim to transact directly with a counterparty introduced through the platform, for the duration and scope stated in that agreement.

5. Escrow, Fees & Settlement

Funds committed to a trade are held in escrow until settlement is confirmed. A platform commission applies to trades and concierge (Custom Shopping) orders as disclosed at the point of transaction; loyalty tier or promotional discounts, where applicable, reduce this fee only. Settlement and payout timing are handled per the process described in your dashboard for each transaction type.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Circumventing verification requirements or misrepresenting your identity or company.
  • Using the platform for goods, services, or counterparties in violation of applicable sanctions or trade law.
  • Attempting to bypass escrow or confidentiality protections.
  • Interfering with the security or normal operation of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trans Exim is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, or for the acts or omissions of counterparties you transact with. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to info@transeximbrokers.com or Office P4-13, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.
