Who can use Trans Exim?
Individuals and companies. Every client completes identity verification (KYC), and companies also complete company verification (KYB), before they can trade.
How long does verification take?
Our compliance team typically reviews submissions within 1–2 business days.
How is my identity protected?
Every listing and request gets a confidential deal code. Counterparty names stay hidden until a confidentiality agreement (NDA/NCNDA) is on file.
How does escrow work?
When a deal is struck, the buyer's funds are locked in escrow and released to the seller only once our team confirms the trade can settle. A platform fee applies to marketplace trades; it is shown before you confirm and can be lowered by your loyalty tier or a promo code.
How do I add or withdraw funds?
Deposits and withdrawals are made by bank transfer and are reviewed by our treasury team before they are completed.
How do loyalty points and tiers work?
You earn 1 point for every $100 of settled trades or completed procurement orders. As you move up the tiers, your platform fee goes down automatically.
Do you buy or sell the goods yourselves?
No. We act as a commercial intermediary: we introduce and coordinate counterparties, but we are not the principal buyer or seller.
