Common questions
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Everyone who completes verification takes part, and points are earned automatically as you trade.
When do I get my points?
When a trade settles or a procurement order is completed — not when it is placed.
Do buyers and sellers both earn points?
Yes. Both sides of a settled trade earn points on the value of the trade.
Can I combine a promo code with my tier discount?
No. The better of the two applies to a trade; they are not added together.

In your client portal, under Loyalty.
