Your verification path
Four steps stand between a new account and a live deal.
- 01
Individual KYC
Every client submits a government ID and a supporting document before their trading dashboard unlocks. Reviewed by our compliance team, typically within 1–2 business days.
You provide
- A government-issued ID
- A supporting document, such as a trade licence
Reviewed by our compliance team, typically within 1–2 business days.
- 02
Company KYB
Companies additionally submit trade licence details, UBO information, and tax certification. This confirms we're dealing with a real, registered counterparty — not just a verified individual.
You provide
- Trade licence number and expiry date
- Ultimate beneficial owner: name and nationality
- Tax certificate number
- Supporting documents for each
Confirms you are dealing with a real, registered company.
- 03
NDA / NCNDA
Before full counterparty details are revealed on any listing or sourcing request, you sign a confidentiality agreement. This protects both sides — and protects our commission from being circumvented.
You provide
- Your full legal name, typed as your signature
We record your name, IP address and the time of signing. The obligation lasts 24 months from signing.
- 04
Confidential Deal IDs
Every listing and request gets a unique deal code the moment it's posted. Identity stays anonymized — shown only as "Confidential Seller/Buyer" — until an NDA is on file.
You provide
- Nothing — it is automatic
Every listing and request gets a code like TX-COPPER-2026-K7M2 the moment it is posted.
How we protect what you share
Private document storage
ID and company documents are stored privately and opened only by compliance staff, through links that expire after five minutes.
Counterparty confidentiality
Names stay behind a deal code until an NDA is signed. The public feed shows size bands, never prices.
Escrow, released by people
Funds are held in escrow and released only after our treasury team confirms the trade can settle.
An audit trail
Changes to staff roles and permissions are recorded.
Common questions
What do I need to get verified?
Individuals provide a government ID and a supporting document. Companies also provide licence details, beneficial-owner information and a tax certificate.
Can I trade before I'm approved?
You can browse and prepare, but posting listings, trading, quoting and withdrawing require approved verification.
Why do I need to sign an NDA?
It protects both sides — and our commission — before counterparty details are revealed. Messaging a counterparty also requires one.
Who can see my documents?
Only compliance staff with the right permission, through short-lived links.
What if I'm rejected?
You'll be told why and can submit corrected documents.
